Delivery Frequently Asked Questions
Which Areas Do You Deliver To?
  • We currently deliver to the following areas: 
    • Palm Bay, Bayside Lakes, Malabar, Valkaria and Grant on Tuesdays and Thursdays after 2:30 PM
    • Melbourne, West Melbourne, Suntree and Viera on Wednesdays and Fridays after 12 Noon
    • NEW Beachside from Melbourne Beach (limited areas) to Cocoa Beach Wednesdays and Fridays after 12 Noon
  • If you would like us to start delivering to your area, please contact us!  The more requests we get for your area, the higher the chances will be that we will be able to expand our services to that area sooner

By What Method Will My Order Arrive?

  • We personally deliver all our products directly from our store to your home or office

By When Should I Put In My Order?

  • We receive fresh food stock every Thursday.  Please order by end of the business day on  Tuesday for Thursday or Friday deliveries.. 

  • If we have your product in stock, orders may be put in by the end of the business day prior to your scheduled delivery day.

Is There A Delivery Fee?


  • Delivery is FREE on orders over $100.00 (before taxes). 
  • There is a $3.00 fee on orders under $100.00 (before taxes)
     to help cover the cost of our delivery drivers 
  • When paying via Paypal, your delivery fee will be applied automatically at check-out if required


What If I Do Not Want To Put In My Order On-Line?


  • If you do not wish to put your order on-line through PayPal, you may call our store during regular business hours at 321-727-3010 to put in your order.  Our hours at Monday-Saturday 9:00 A.M to 9:00 P.M. and Sunday 12 Noon to 6:00 P.M.

What Type of Payments Do You Accept?


  • PayPal for our on-line orders
  • Phone orders may be paid with Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover or Visa Debit Card
  • Cash payments on called-in orders are paid at delivery
  • Please note that we cannot accept checks

What If I Need To Return An Item?


  • All returns must be made at our store

Do I Have To Be Present Upon Delivery?


  • For items that are pre-paid, we do not require you to be at present, unless it is a frozen item such as our RawHealth pet food.  With your permission, we will leave your delivery at the front door (or other secure spot) in a weather-protected bag if necessary.  Please note that once the delivery is made, we cannot guarantee its security.

  • This is not a required item, but we would like to personalize your delivery as much as possible
